Safer Better Pest Control

Everything Begins With an Inspection

A comprehensive inspection is the cornerstone of our pest management plans. This in-depth property evaluation identifies current infestations and potential vulnerabilities. It’s essential in creating a tailored treatment plan to properly address your particular needs.

Key inspection items include:

  • Ants: Foraging ants or ants trailing along foundations and walkways

  • Spiders: Web buildup (new and old) and live spiders

  • Wasps: Hunting wasps or nest locations around the house

  • Rodents: Burrows in gardens or potential entry points

  • Moisture: Mulch beds, dense vegetation, water leaks, standing water

  • Exclusion: Worn/missing weatherstripping, broken vents, screens

Pinpointing the root cause of a pest infestation multiplies treatment effectiveness allowing us to use less chemicals while providing superior control. In keeping with regular services we can prevent the majority of future pest issues from arising in the first place.

Water Activated Granule

A water activated granule is applied in a band around the home helping create a protective barrier preventing pest ingress.

The granules fall past obstacles making it a great choice for areas that liquid sprays may get caught instead of reaching the target area. Areas like mulch beds and dense vegetation.

Once moisture is present (rain, dew, the power spray to follow) the granules start to gradually release insecticide directly to the soil where pests travel.

Crack and Crevice

There always exist hard to reach areas that pests seek refuge in. A fine dust reaches into these cracks, crevices, and voids giving continuous control via a long lasting waterproof coating.

  • Behind electrical boxes

  • Under siding

  • Foundation cracks

  • Crawlspace vents

  • Voids in porch pillars

Power Spraying

Power spraying is an effective method for applying our advanced pesticides. Our equipment allows us to create a protective barrier around the building 3 feet high and out from the foundation. Not only does it eliminate pests but also activates the granules that have fallen near the home, providing immediate control.

We use micro-encapsulated formulations that gradually release product, creating a continuous barrier for longer periods. This not only extends the duration of protection but studies show that this formulation is inherently safer compared to traditional options. This approach ensures optimal pest prevention while minimizing risks to you, your family, pets, and the environment.

By using a lower concentration mix and applying a larger volume of liquid, we can penetrate deeper into soil and mulch beds, reaching critical areas where pests reproduce, nest, and forage.

Everything is Within Reach

The high pressure of the power sprayer enables us to treat areas that were previously inaccessible, such as eaves and soffits up to 25 feet high.

By targeting these areas with our special formulation, we can effectively keeps spiders and wasps from nesting between visits. Vents and gaps, which are common pest entry points, also receive thorough treatment.
